Pam has authored a curriculum on business development for bodyworkers, and runs classes and workshops. She is currently a featured writer with the Washington State American Massage Therapy Journal.

Pam also does individual consultancy, offering assistance with the planning to open clinics and individual practises. This includes topics such as financial planning, production schedules, networking advice, equipment, supplies, startup, simplified bookkeeping and business operations.
